More photos from my first band were put online by old friends. The last few are from a show at the X-ray in Portland, a punk club which no longer exists.

A few ol' friends from the Portland/Vancouver daze. Comments about me taken from MySpace.
I saw eric break a rib. he jumped off the stage. nobody caught him. actually, he sort of jumped around people. at the time I assumed it was as not to inconvenience them. eric is very polite that way.
-Jonny Crash (singer/guitarist of L Mix R, formerly of Stereo Crush and Suprechrome)
Eric used to jump and flail at the same time...I always stood perfectly still. He has always encouraged my creativity and I feel as if I can create just be being around him...not many have been such an artistic inspiration in my life as Eric has.

I've fiddled with the "Create Your Own Band" meme that's going around but in lieu of posting any of the "hilarious" results (that was fake sarcasm. I actually think those were pretty funny), let me say this:
Ljuser (already forgot the code) darqueglo (spelling is wrong, probably), aka Richard aka Lurch has conversated with me about actually trying to start something up, band-wise. I have experience in the singing department, he in the bass...we discussed it being the sort of thing ala Cramps or Joy Division, where the bassline and drums are simple and drive the songs along, whilst the other instruments, including voice are what flavor the tunes.
Anyone interested?
